This is my Si that I picked up in April. It was suppose to be my weekend fun car but my daily got totalled out in June while my wife and I were on vacation. Its all stock except for the short air intake. I autox it once a month at the local meets. Future mods will probably be suspension first and possibly lighter wheels. I havent totally made up my mind yet. The car had 86,000 miles on it and it just rolled 89,000 on friday. Anyways here is a pic, oh and yes i know its missing the lip, previous owner doesn't know what happened to it.

Thanks I use to have a 99 ex also Milano red and when I got rid of it u always said if I bought another coupe it would be a Milano red si. So I was totally surprised when my wife stumbled across this on craigslist in memphis

I'm undecided on the lip because I know as soon as I put one back on it will probably get messed up by a cone when I autox it

yes that is very true, i didn't really think about that

Then there's more of a chance of accidently ripping off the plastic tabs where you mount it to the car, like I did on one of mine.

Don't bother with the lip if you're going to autocross it, otherwise looks clean. Unlike mine.

just toss on the lip. i dont rip off my fiberglass front OR my type-R replica lip while rallycrossing, why would a properly mounted OEM lip get messed by cones?

I scrape the hell out of mine in parking spots on the concrete curbs (of course I like to park way up). I dunno, its up to him though. I'd just pass on spending money that may or may not get wasted in the future.

Mine only got scraped up when my balljoint f'd up, other than that I know how to drive and park. :p I just took it off yesterday and i miss it already. The lip makes a very noticeable difference IMO.

the Si needs a lip IMO. and really most cars look better with a lip. id rather have a beatup lip than no lip at all.

how much did you pay for it?

I picked this up for $3,800. cash. My wife was trolling craigslist while she was at work and she refreshed the page and it popped up and she called the guy and said we would take it so he took it off CL and we bought it that weekend. It was only on Memphis' CL for 15 mins. The guy had no idea what an Si was. He thought all civics were like this lol
