Damn, he came out hard, but got raped.

Ive always maintained Lesnar’s striking is awful. Now everyone gets to see it in action.

Brock came out hard. Brock was winning. I'm still not sure if he got dazed or gassed. I think it was a combination of both, but we will see them fight again in the near future.

I was surprised at Brock's tact after the fight. But you can tell he's already training hard to come back and put up a real fight.

Brock was maybe winning the first minute on points(take down), but that's about it. When his takedowns weren't working and he was forced to strike, he just seemed out of his element.

As for training hard, White said he wanted to take a break for a bit, do some hunting and spend time with the family.

Im sorry but the jackass that spray painted shit all over our flag just to show his loyalty to cain pissed me the fuck off.

brock needs to practice his muay thai. he winded himself going for a home run. plus, he had ZERO defense against the punches. If brock could have gotten a good muay thai clench, and slowed things down, he may have been able to recover.

If he knew Muay Thai; it may have been over earlier. He pulled some big knees but they were ineffective.

He winded himself going for take-downs; which in essence is a home run(set up GnP).

brock is still the biggest draw in the UFC. this sets him up perfectly for a rematch with carwin. winner of that fight will get to face the winner of Cain vs. Dos Santos. maybe even a dark horse like Nogueira can slip in before that, but the heavyweight class is probably the most exciting weight class right now. after YEARS of being the dead class.

No way. Lightweight all day. I also love 155, 170, and 185 because the guys can fight at multiple weights, thus more opponents.

If you weren't aware, Muay Thai/Thai boxing are very fast paced. Don't get confused because the only thing in MMA that is cited as "Muay Thai" is a clinch.

Thai kicks are fast and thunderous.

If you watch Muay Thai the fights are as fast paced as K1.

I am very familiar with muay thai; I simply brought it up because Brock attempted knees but seemed like he wasn't able to apply it well; whereas someone with muay thai training would have made it effective. Hell any extra stand-up training and conditioning would have helped him.

Okay.

I just mentioned because generally Thai fighting is very fast paced.

Ju jitsu on the hand is a conservation of energy type of fighting form.

More than any fighting style, Brock needs to learn to calm his breathing and relax, so he can methodically implement a game plan. If he wants to keep the high pace fight style, he needs to continue to wrestle and smother.
