All my clothes feel small, ive had to go get new stuff which kinda sux. My knees feel like shit so Im trying to be more careful with leg workouts. Not used to having so much extra weight :D.

Maybe i can hit 180. 170 was my original goal.

whats your regiment?
any supplements?

^ agree ^
What are you doing to lose? Congrats on that by the way! :D

I have lost 5 inches but gained 4 pounds, so remember it's not all about the scale- muscle weighs more than fat, and I do a wicked amount of heavy weightlifting. Monitor how you feel physically and mentally, and by the way your clothes fit.

Thanks for clearing that up. I tried to decipher the letters, and that one never crossed my mind. Ha
See? I tried to figure it out the right way- so that's the brown that's mixed in with the blonde...

whats your regiment?
any supplements?

Regiment has been changing every 3 months and focuses on muscle confusion and endurance.

Currently I do 3 days per week and no cardio. Each day I work out legs/back/chest/shoulders. Workouts are all the hard stuff, no cables for anything except pull downs, different workout each day, but hitting the same muscle groups. I do a circuit routine through all body groups and cycle through it 3 to 4 times.

For supplements I am only focusing on taking a ton of protien from multiple sources. Meats, Eggs, Pnut Butter, W-protien after a workout, C-protien every night.

I did some mma a few weeks ago and I could tell I was hitting and kicking much harder. The thai pads my friend had were some ebay specials and he had to replace them after 1 day. My form wasnt 100% because ive been out of the game for a while, but i could tell the power was definitely there. (Did this for 7 years at a 140ish weight).

No cardio? I wish I could get away with that... :(

he's bulking, i'm sure come march his ass will be on a treadmill 90 minutes a day.
Maybe so... unless he very strictly sticks to his training... and watches his calories. Even with doing that I think I would still stick some cardio in there to help with endurance and stamina with fighting and workouts... And to keep the worry out of gaining faster than you can build. But to each his own...

That's why I love what I do- I have to make sure I get enough calories to keep my body happy and enough protein to repair my muscles, so as long as I eat clean I eat as much as I want as often as I want. Me loves to eat lol. :p

thats fuckin dedication to gain 34lbs of muscle. good work man.

i wish i had half of that motivation, i would be in better shape. ever since i hurt my back a couple years ago i have been scared to work out. im 195-200lbs and ive gotten soft. a few years back i was 190lbs of muscle and it was great. sigh...
