So ive been weighing myself roughly once per month since 1/1.

2/14/10 - 145.0
3/6/10 - 150.0

4/21/10 - 154.5
5/20/10 - 156.0
6/25/10 - 161.0
7/29/10 - 161.0
8/31/10 - 164.0

All my clothes feel small, ive had to go get new stuff which kinda sux. My knees feel like shit so Im trying to be more careful with leg workouts. Not used to having so much extra weight .
Maybe i can hit 180. 170 was my original goal.
