Help! My brother's 92 Accord is becoming yard art!! He was in the hospital a while back and his keys were lost there. We got another key from a dealer and were able to start and run the car twice. Since then the key will not turn in the ignition. The battery is good, it has gas, etc. At one point the radio said "CODE" but when we tried to put the code in, the numbers of the code weren't available on the radio! We've asked mechanics for suggestions with no success. The front wheels and steering wheel are locked now too. Apparently this car has some kind of anti-theft device but it's totally weird that we were able to start it with no problems two times and then it 'froze' up. Any help greatly appreciated!!! (car was bought used) (and we can't tow it anywhere due to where it is)

It's too old to need programming, and if it started before the key sounds like it was cut right. I agree with the tranny issue- mess around with the shifter some like he said. Wiggle the steering wheel and the key at the same time too and see if it will unlock that way. Start with the key in all the way and move it out a little while you are trying to turn it.
I have had cars come into the body shop before that took me forever to get the key to unlock, and usually the above stated methods solved the problem.

Steering Lock. Put some tension on the steering wheel (you should be able to turn it one way or the other a little bit) then try to turn the key.

This is probably your problem. I had a friend with the same issue and a slight turn to the left allowed me to start it just fine.
