you want to cut? really cut or just lost a couple pounds?

if you want to really cut, do an eca stack

E: ephedrine (get something called broncaid. it's an asthma medication. has ephedrine and is very legal)
C: caffeine (just get the pills)
A: aspirin (duh)

cut the bread (carbs) for 2 weeks and watch the fat start going away.

slowly add the carbs (the good kind such as whole wheat and such) with continuos exercise and you should be fine.

I'm currently weight training so my intake is different. I tried the zero to low carb diet and lost 20lbs in 2.5-3 weeks. You just have to be careful coming back to the intake or else you loose control and gain all of it back

I use a multivitamin with caffeine and take fish oil. There are some good, cheap brands at Wal Mart- you don't have to go spend $40 a bottle at GNC. The fish oil helps in so many ways, lowers cholesteral, helps your eyesight, helps with acne, improves your cardiovascular performance- which will help you with your exercising, but it also improves your metabolism, which will help you lose weight. It also helps in the prevention of storing fats- if you exercise and eat right- the fish oil will help cut down on fat absorption by burning off excess as well as getting rid of fat through waste.
The main thing that will help you is eating clean. Everyone has their own opinions on diets, and you have to find the right balance that is good for you. Me- I don't eat any grains, pastas, rice, and keep my sugar intake to a bare minimum. You also need to eat based on the level of exercise you are doing. I have to eat a lot of carbs and a ton of protein to repair my muscles, because I put extreme pressure on my body everytime I work out, and I lift very heavy weight often.

The diet is what is going to make or break you. Exercise will speed up the process and make you feel better overall. ;)

Losing weight requires NO supplementation.

All that matters is the calorie count, not even the food you wish to eat. Just take in less calories than you use during the day and your guaranteed to lose weight.

Lose weight by eating junk food: Nutrition professor drops 27 pounds on 'Twinkie Diet' in two months

Read that article.

Cutting calories is a good thing if you aren't very active. But, if you cut too many calories at one time, you will actually send your body into "survival mode". Your body will think it's starving and will actually store fat instead of burn it- which just defeats your purpose in the end.

If you are on a very strenuous course with your exercise, you may actually need to take in more calories- just the right kind, to rebuild damaged muscle tissue.

I'll add to my post that you should have your diet and workout in check before you take anything. Like I said, clarify for us If you want to lose a couple pounds or truly "cut"

the only thing I change when I cut is my diet, and continue to exercise but do higher repetitions and lighter weight.

the important thing is diet, cant stress it enough.

i want to lose about 40 lbs. if i lose about 6 lbs a month it shouldnt be that hard.
im 6'2" about 255 lbs. and have never done anything to control my weight or watch what i eat. i have a lot of physical hobbies, fish, hunt, bike, and also have a pretty physical job.

Also- very important- get rid of your scale. If you are working out you will gain muscle, and muscle tends to weigh more than fat. I have gained 6 pounds since I started working out, but have lost 4 inches off my waist. The scale will just make you feel like you have failed- when really, you may have done better than you thought. :)

ok, so you want to lose weight, not "cut"....

it's all about you diet, cardio, diet, cardio, cardio...and did i mention cardio?

Watch your salt intake, carb intake, eat more vegetables, avoid simple sugar, processed foods, and saturated fat. Then do cardio. Lots of cardio. Take up rowing. Buy a jump rope. Get a recumbent bike. And do that.

Exactly. :ditto:

Also- weight lifting builds muscle, muscle burns fat. So- go lift some heavy shit. Repeatedly. :D

cardio
and if you can get ephedra, legit ephedra, use that with cardio and its a guaranteed success
i would look into the ace thing posted above, i'm actually going to look into the broncaid right now for myself
i just scooped a nice rower (air and mag) off craigslist for $100
only took a year or so of looking everyday to find that deal

i stand corrected, you need the ephedrine, not ephedra, or ephedra extract
both of which do not have the ephedrine which is illegal, and also happens to be the shit that works

I have been looking for a year now and have not found a rower. Good find!!! My friend found one at a Salvation Army Store in Texas for $75 barely used. I'm waiting my turn to find a deal like that!

can you elaborate more on this? take it before the gym? or in the morning? ive been working on getting my exercise and diet down doing better. the women got a weight watchers cook book and has been making lunches and dinners from it. not bad really

Take your first week of doses in the morning. Nothing else until you find out how your body reacts to it. Then you can do a dose in the morning and one after lunch. It's not workout specific, but odds are you'll get amped up and want to be active.

One thing I've noticed on the body building forums is most people who are fit and or built got that way from working hard and a well balanced eating plan that matched their body.

No need to remove carbs, (we need them) no need to take any magic pills, all it takes is hard WORK and a tracked diet.

The people who are chubby or have issues are always the ones pushing supplements on the forums.

You take a supplement when you can't fulfill your daily needs with normal food. nothing more nothing less.
