So my best friend who is a hartford Cop has a co-worker who wrote a Pilot for a Cop show based on the real life of hartford cops. I saw the trailer and i gotta say it looks good. Possible HBO series.

the State of CT averages 2.83 Violent crimes per 1000 residents

Hartford averages 14.53 Violent crimes per 1000 residents

The National average is 4.7 per 1000

State of Ct Averages 42 Crimes per square mile

Hartford averages 522 Crimes per square mile

Th national average is 49.6 per square mile

It's alos in the top 5% of America's worst cities

It all depends where you are.

most of hartford is a decent area... the bar district, downtown, the civic center, etc.
the north end is the ghetto and drug areas.... cuz they built projects there. duh!

more people die in new haven lately-- at least what we hear about on the news.


anyway, i'll peep the show as long as it's not like 'lawman'. lol
