ha yea man this is actually my 2nd swap, i swapped a b18a1 in a 88 crx and totaled it, and my buddy and i swapped a b18b1 in his 91, this one was 2 easy with the hasports, lol money WELL spent haha i will take some new pics tomorrow, i gotta run out and get batteries for my camera and my phone takes those shitty ones, appreciate it everyone
 
appreciate it bro, im lovin it, its fairly quick 2, im getting used to the gsr tranny, it seems weird when youve been running LS trannys in EVERYTHING else lol
 
yea u gotta love the power in a light car i cant wait to put my eg back together the heads at the machine shop gettin re surfaced that sucks about ur las crx but at least it saved ur life
 
good luck with the eg bro, im actually having problems getting my vtec solenoid to engage, but i will finger it out, and hell yea dude everyone looks at my wreck pics and thinks all kinds of bad shit abt hondas but really all the safety features from 1988 ALL worked lol i came out to swap another and to this bad boy right and stop the piss outa ponys and anyone else who wants a piece running around town lol
 
have u taken it off and checked to see if the filter/ gasket is still good i had the same problem on my b20vtec and it needed a new gasket/filter and it was full of oil so make sure u drain it too
 
its cold as shit outside right now, thanks for the heads up on that one though, ima roll over to my buddys shop here and a few and will let you know if that was it, appreciate it man
 
i never under stood why people call it a swap its not really a swap just putting a stock jdm engine in a american chasis thats all..these came stock from the factory in these models in japan
 
I understand that the crx came with the b16a factory in japan, but when im taking out my d series engine, and putting in a b series engine its a swap, no matter if i went with another d, f, k, b, it doesnt matter ,lol its all swapping, dnt hate cause a 18 year old is doing shit just as good or better than you can, i havent seen shit thats not ricer in your threads
