im about to buy 15 x 6.5 inch rims and im wondering if a 195/50 r15 tire will fit on those wheels and if they will even fit my slightly lowered delsol thanks for the help if they wont fit what tire will?

195/50-15s are ideal for your application.. you can go 205/50s but the tire is a little bulkier looking

195/50-15 will have perfectly straight sidewalls on a 15x6 wheel- 15x6.5 will be pretty close as well.

205/50-15 will have perfectly straight sidewalls on a 15x6.5, but be slightly taller than the 195/50-15.

195/50 x 15 on 15 x 6.5 wheels looks like this:

As has already been posted, they are a great wheel/tire combination and work well in application. A good compromise point between traction and hydroplaning. Wider will be more prone to hydroplaning and jerkng the steering wheel when hitting puddles at 55 mph and on.

205 seemed to tighten up the steering, made it harder to turn sitting still, that little bit of rubbermade a big diff

195 /50 is small imo. i'd go 195/55 or 205/50.
