i already have the engine and im aware that i have to get an 00 up accord transmission. i wanted to know what kind of whp gains can i expect from eagle/wiesco piston upgrade and valve train up grade

We really can't tell you anything with the limited amount of info that you gave us. Tell us some more specifics on the parts you're planning to use.

Also, are you sure about the transmission? I'm pretty sure you need a specifically K-series transmission, not just an "00 up accord transmission"...
