yeah, that baby was probably pretty wasted.

it was .09 by the time they got to the hospital, theres no telling how long it had been since the child had drank it. considering that piece of shit had seen the kid with it when she awoke from her coma, and she had time to go outside and have a conversation before her roomy even got home to call the cops.
 
They still have caffeine here in Tejas. Just saw them at the store a few days ago, and double checked.
 
You should buy them and ebay them - the FDA told stores they had to remove the caffein ones back in July.
 
What gave the FDA rights to do that? What issues did they find? Redbull/Vodka? any different?

If they make it illegal to drink rum and coke.... I'll just drink coke with a shot of rum. That will fool those FDA guys!

What gives the federal government the right to listen to my phonecalls? Force me to go through a radiation device before flying? Force me to buy healthcare? Force me to pay taxes on debt created by a private entity?

Allen told the roommate that the two kids were in the apartment and that her toddler was drunk. When the roommate rushed inside to check on the kids, she found Allen's 4-month-old baby hanging off the bed with the sheets tangled around her waist, turning blue. But, the 20-month-old was nowhere to be found, the station reported.
A neighbor told police she had found the toddler in the parking lot and the toddler appeared to be intoxicated. The roommate then called an ambulance, reports the station.
Allen admitted she'd been drinking Four Loko that day and had fallen asleep. When she woke up she said she saw the toddler on the floor with an empty Four Loko can, the station reports.
Allen told police she was afraid to call an ambulance because she didn't want to lose her kids, KHOU reports.

I'm not seeing any logic in this woman's decisions, obviously.... How do you see a drunk toddler and then knowingly leave them unattended so that someone can call the cops/ambulance.. She didn't want to get in trouble so she ignored them? Sad this world is burning because of so much stupidity.
