ok i am in the middel of putting a b18c in to my 93 teg. when something just hit me. why do JDM motors that are only sold in japan have English writing on them and not Japanese wright???

My B16A had Japanese writing on it. On the left side of the head.

I think he means the "dohc vtec" on the valve cover.

Lots of JDM cars from the 90's had english writing on them. Honda's, Nissan's, Mitsubishi's ect would usually have stickers on the sides describing the motor, drivetrain, turbo or not. I see it all the time.
