i really do not see how this will change much if anything about the "war on terror"

bin laden has not been seen or heard from in years... he has been little more than the embodiment of an ideal... he was more of a hood ornament than anything

if i was a gambling man i would bet on something large going down as a retaliation for his death

al qaeda has spread out and fractured into far too many semi autonomous clusters in the past 10 years, i just dont see how killing the assumed figure head is going to be a death blow... CEOs of global corporations die all the time, rarely do the companies fold up because of it... i do not see this being much different
