I have a 91 CRX with a D15B2 engine, which I know is terrible, it has 232k on it. I dont see myself doing a swap due to low income, and having no help to swap it. Ive added performance parts already, CAI, Stage 3 Clutch, Aluminum flywheel, JDM short shift kit, and its sitting on 17s. I might just get the engine rebuilt then just see what I can pull out of the D15, I plan on getting headers and exhaust soon.
I posted here cuz I didnt see any other appropriate forum thread but this one, Im not looking for serious tech support is why, just telling you what I have and what ive done, Im more like looking for opinions.

that rex isn't sad, just you are. rebuild the d15b2 and make all of your friends jealous with your fuel economy.

my d15b2 has 275k on it, still rocking 40mpg and it'd be better if i got a good tune up. your car is still lighter than most crap on the road, and unless you have visions of hauling ass on a track somewhere, there's nothing to be sad about, there.

Oh, and I stripped the A/C, I weighed it yesterday at 2000lbs so Ive dropped it over 100lbs, Pics soon to come. =)

Ya aside from the lift and the 31s that looks like a pretty nice car
 
Yeah well that's the good side. The other side is missing the door trim :facepalm: , but it will all be fixed eventually.
 
Any suggestions on Exhaust, Im thinking of getting 4-2-1 Headers and either a ebay catback or have a custom made at a local shop.

Ya first priority is to get rid of the off road wheels and tires and get some decent coil-overs. Also, get a 4-1 header...they look way cooler.
 
Hmm, ok. The looks are great, but I can get a 50$$ header thats 4-2-1 over a 120+$$ for the 4-1. Ill do some research, thanks for the info guys.

Thanks, but thats the good side of my car. Its missing door trim and has a small dent in the very rear driver side, but as I said befo' its all going to be fixt.
 
I've been looking into Cams, I found ebay ones for like $32, and the 4-1 headers are out of my price range atm. I need some ideas for easy quick HP.

I took my speakers and CD player out, I really dont lisen to it anyway. Its kinda pointless to have a car with music unless you get subs, and im not about noise im about performance.
