its because its RHD .. he couldnt see how close he was to the hay bales.. plus he decided to get on it before he exited the turn completely

I'm mainly talking about the spectators so close to the track, drivers without helmets, drivers getting out of their cars on a hot track, no emergency/tow crew. Everything is wrong with this "event"
