Don't wanna go to rehab...........duh. She rode herself hard. and the surprise is not so much.

Ray Charles could have seen this one coming

beat me by a couple minutes.

she'll go down on the list of 27 year olds who died early with a lot of talent.

Jimi Hendrix
Janis Joplin
Kurt Cobain
James Dean

good point, thanks for the correction. Her music was hot garbage

Today the world has truly lost a... um, drug addict?

She won 5 Grammys, she must have been doing something right. I don't like her music and I'm not saying it was good, bu somebody liked her.

Just about any good musician you have ever listened to was on drugs. Anybody from Beethoven to eminem. Jimi Hendrix to the rolling stones.

On a side note, "why should I have to change my name? He's the one who sucks. Nobody cared until that no talent ass clown started winnin Grammys."

her biggest accomplishment, to me, was that she made the 27 club.

nothing more.

i dont know anything about this chick or her music, but are you guys seriously hating on curt cobain? man i grew up on nirvana... they helped create a new sound and i think that takes some amount of talent.

Yet you can't even spell his name. lol

Anyway, that trainwreck doesn't belong In the 27 club. I think she od'd purposely now so a discussion on her would be somewhat relevant again.

dude it was early as hell in the morning and i have a hangover, cut me some slack lol

i fucking hate nirvana.

i acknowledge that they did take punk music to a new level, but i dont credit their "talent" with that.
if it wasnt them, it would have just been another band. they happened to fall into a record execs lap first.

but, i cant stand the music. ive tried, but it just sounds like garbage to me.

Punk? Real punk just shuddered in horror to see you write that. They took garbage radio grunge to a different level. That's about it. The best thing that happened to Nirvana was that they split up and Dave Grohl started the Foo Fighters, who are actually good, because Dave Grohl is a bitchin songwriter.

Nirvana was definitely not punk.. i guess some could say they were a form of punk rock.. like undr8d said, more garage grunge than anything.. i liked them, but i also like just about any punk music (hardcore, 80's, skate, even pop)
