I have a 95 gsr with a stock p72 i also have a p28.. could i run the gsr on the p28 just to see what it does? they are both obd1 ecus. Thanks

Can you, yes
Should you, no

p28 is under fueled and does not contain iab or knock control.
without a chip to basically make it a p72 spec, it will run your car like shit

Would it be fit to run an obd1 b16a. I am in the process of doing a swap as well

no.. ideal ecu would be the p72 because of the secondary butterflies..

The GSR's intake manifold has 2 different paths that the incoming air can take, a long one and a short one. The butterflies are basically small throttle bodies in the manifold that change the path and they are controlled by the ECU.
