Alright so i just got an integra rs with the ls/vtec swap. The guy said the ecu is chipped when i looked I couldn't see anything but i did see a chip that my other p28 didnt have. It looked like it was ment to be there though because on the other p28 I have there is a spot for it. Anyways the one that came with the car is an a52 p28. Isn't that auto? If so how is it working? Should I run my other a01 ecu? Lastly when the car warms up the rpms pulsate. Like go up and down and gradually get lower.. then after a while it drops to 800rpm and idles normal. Is this normal?

found out my p28 is chipped with one of those sst eprom chips. still dont know why engine rpms rev up and down during warmup?? also i was reading several writeups on ls/vtec and they say to use larger injectors. I know that my car has an aftermarket fuel pump, regulator, etc. but the injectors look stock. sholuld this be changed? also there is an ls dizzy on it and only one bolt holding it in. could this affect the timing?

The only way to find out your timing is to use a timing gun and check to see 16degrees. About the injectors if you think is stock then it may be stock. 310cc injectors is what I usually see people use. About the car idle, check and clean Iacv valve.

Is that on the back of the intake manifold? If so how do I clean it out?
