93/94 toyota tercel swap

hello every body couldnt find a toyota wepsite that can help me with this i found a 93/94 tercel for 50 bucks its clean good body stick but the engine is trashed but i wana swap the engine but im not sure what engine to go with and is it the same proces with as the hondas wirering harnes ecu and all that i want a dohc engine but im not sure what toyota has besides the supra engine and thats out of my prize range so if you knw something or an engine that could be good plz tell me

my roomates 4agze ae86 coupe, same concept and wiring, if its a "a" based engine then they literally all drop in, 4age, 4agze, 20v blacktop 4ag, 20v, silvertop (not worth it) 4age

and here is the ae101 (would be literally the same swap as the tercel)

and you can allways drop a plain jane toyota 16v 4age in it, its literally the most reliable engine Ive ever worked on in my entire life, and makes torque hondas dream of, heres my bike carb'd 4age thats in my DD ae86 hatch, super reliable

and my old factory ass 86 coupes fuel injected 4age (i sware this engine never had a single problem the entire 6mths that I daily drove it and beat the ever loving shit out of it, never even had to put a drop of oil in it)

no, the STARLET has a turbo engine that drops into the tercel it is the same chassis.

oh ok i fund it but do i still neede to change the ecu n hwire harnest or is it the same just drop it in and it will start
