Custom Transmission?

What's up guys I need feedback on an idea. I have a b20vtec swapped ek with an ls transmission. The ls tranny is basically on its way out. It shifts rough, won't go into third, and grinds going into second and fourth. I finally saved up enough money to get a new tranny. The hard part is deciding on one. My car is a daily driver of mostly city streets, but I also hit the freeway a few times a week. I do race on the weekends as well.

So my question is what would be my best choice? B16, GSR, LS?
or...
I was thinking. How much labor and money would it take for me to build a custom b series tranny? My buddy and I do all the labor so there will be no labor fees. I was thinking b16 1st-3rd, GSR 4th, and LS 5th? Does anybody have this setup? Would you recommend it? Like I said, just trying to decide on what I want. Me shopping for car parts is like a rich woman shopping for shoes haha.
 
Nobody? I would like to buy the siR tranny but I just hate running 5 grand on the freeway...
 
Ok so I researched gear ratios and I decided on this:

1st- 3.230 (B16)
2nd- 2.105 (B16)
3rd- 1.458 (B16)
4th- 1.034 (GSR)
5th- 0.714
FD- 4.4 or 4.7 still can't decide.

These ratios (other than the ls 5th) are almost exactly to the specifications of an ITR transmission. Now....can anybody tell me where I can find the separate gears without going through an actual Honda dealership? I have been looking all over the internet and can't seem to find them, and I really don't like being super taxed by a dealership. Thanks!
