Ok reson for this is I keep hearing there isn't a good rearend. That is for a eg coupe. What rearend would u go with I'm a junk yard builder and I can get my hands on any thing and what would be the best. For. What I need it for I have a k20a and a b18c in my house. K20 is more power I haven't build one is this would be my first k. And what can be done to the crv trans cuz that's the weak link. For the power I'm trying to get. My buddys a chevy truck guy and my old b18 boosted. He got me he has a old 1500 built 600 hp and I just want to beat him no matter what and start the car and drive home that night cuz if u heard 1% of what he said. You'd slap hinm. Sorry for my writeing cuz can't see what I'm typeinh useing phone and thank for the help

Go get an S2000 Rear end if your worried about problems, the CRV tranny is good if u are planing to do an AWD EG or EK

crv trans won't bolt to a k-series, and it will be 5 gears of reverse.

There's no rear subframe on a civic. if you make it RWD, you need to re-enginer the entire strucuture of the ca,r or you'll fold the unibody in half.

At the end of the day, it comes down to why bother? to be different? there's a handful already out there... and 25 grand later, they are still slow turds with no resale value.

Yeah its a pipe dream... for much less work and money you could turbo either the b or k that you have. For five grand or less you could run 11s if you do the work yourself, that should keep up with your buddy.

It shows the full set up I want the info on it and fram that's not a hard fix! Its takeinga s10 fram. Cutting it diagnaly across and rewelding it. So the body don't. Flex and bend. But I need the set up that won't be. Out of this world

For 5 grand that's. More hp then I want idk if ur thinking I'm some kid but my old gsr eg 78mmbore. Boosted I max at 28 lbs for 2 runs on dyno but. With. Easy tune. I maxed at 578 hp but I ran all the time at 14 lbs. I was at 470 I didn't want any thing higher that full build ran me. Close to 3500. I get everything cheap and a lot free

78mm bore? stock is 81mm. Plus 2 pulls and your tuned to 578whp?? WTF are you talking about!

get off the crack dude! you dont make any sense lol

why are you so stuck on making a rwd or awd civic? its really not going to be worth the money and time. the awd blue EG hatch that you are talking about... i have seen it. its a subaru with a civic body on it.

Based on the level of illiteracy that you display, there is simply no way you are smart enough to complete this modification properly. To be honest, it sounds like you are hardly intelligent enough to remember to keep breathing throughout the course of your day...

Appearently, this guy knows all... so why is he asking us for help?

go to youtube to learn how to build your s10 civic..... we actually build cards that drive here.

or get a 2002+ CRV and lower the hell out of it... then put a civic badge on and BOOM!!! instant K powered new-gen awd civic wagovan

If I'm going to build a custom RWD or AWD set-up, I'm damn sure not putting a 20 year old uni-body on it. IDK, that's just me.

Ya awd dsm or a used scoob. Cheaper, faster, etc. etc. Again, if you have the skill to build this kind of a car from relative scratch, you don't really need to ask for anyone's help figuring it out.
