Who's been watching The Ultimate Fighter on Spike? The live finale is tonight. I don't usually watch a whole lot of UFC stuff, but I watched almost the entire season today, and now I'm really interested to see the finale.

Damn, i've never seen Mayhem so out of shape... He's light years better than what he showed tonight. Doesn't help that he hasn't fought in like 14 months either. Oh well, it is what it is...

Faber 's win was impressive. Also i am a huge fan of both wandelei and cung le so it was awesome to watch them fight. The hats must come off to Dan Henderson. 41 yrs old and still kicking ass.

I think changing the Main Events to 5 rounds showed it's worth during Hendo-Shogun. If it were only a 3 rounder, Shogun would have ended looking like complete shit.
