Actually, funny thing -

Just tonight, I had bad heartburn. But I remembered that my dad had his first heart attack at age 32. I'm 35. I asked my young wife for some tums and an aspirin.

I felt like such an old, lecherous fart.

No, But I have a herniated tear in my abs now. So I have to be REAL careful when I lift things. And my workout routine is totally shot. I've lost any definition, and am now moving onto to full beer-gut. (Without the beer, even).

There is now certain foods I can't eat, things I can't drink (I get gas. Yeah, laugh it up) and I start checking body parts routinely to make sure they still function.
