it can be wet by alcohol or soapy water
not sure if either will remove it though
 
On the car, useless. Here is the simple way to understand the principle:

Take a small amount of water, and put a few drops of superglue in it. Superglue is water activated, and is hydrophobic. The superglue does neat things (This is a safe experiment)

Now, for the non-safe, utterly destructive $40,000 worth of Damage Celerized experiment:

Find someone you hate. You must hate them.

Pour superglue down their drain.

Run. Or don't, up to you.
