Just watched Iron Man 2 today for the first time. Im super stoked

I've seen all the build up movies, although Hulk 1 and Thor sucked. The nice thing about a movie like this is it allowed the characters who make good leads (capt., stark, & furry) to shine while allowing others (hulk & thor) to compliment the movie without having to carry the load. I just wish they would have thrown Quicksilver in, he's never been in a movie.

yeah with Edward Norton as Bruce Banner. Way better than the original, still not an amazing movie though. Banner has always been overshadowed by the Hulk, who has as much character depth as Vin Diesel...

yeah with Edward Norton as Bruce Banner.

The Norton movie is the 'official' movie as far as the whole multi-movie arc is concerned. The other one never happened (thank god).

Oh, okay, gotcha. Yeah I've seen Ang Lee's Hulk as well as the newer one. I just wasn't including Ang Lee's version as part of the Avengers lead-up. It is odd how it's a sort-of sequel to the older one, but at the same time they did kind of revise the origin through the title sequence of the Ed Norton flick...

Saw it Friday. Only movie I saw previously was Captain America so some of it was confusing to me. Saturday and Sunday I watched Ironman 1 and 2, so that part makes sense... but still ABSOLUTELY AWESOME movie.

Did anybody else get e-mailed from Acura dealerships about advanced tickets? That's how I was able to see it on Wednesday night. Acura ran special screenings all across the country for Acura owners. Got free tickets and popcorn and drinks.

Also, did anyone else notice the convertible NSX Tony Stark was driving at the end?

I went to the Wednesday showing as well because we paid to have our cars in the movie. I noticed the convertible. The styling is close to the real thing, but that particular car in the movie was build off of a 1G NSX...
