your choice on that one. they are all very similar in what works with them and so forth. Just remember that since you're in cali, you need to put a newer motor into a chasis to pass smog. So, if you get a 00 hatch, you can only use an 00 or newer b18 for example if you were to swap it.

A 94-95 Integra will be OBD1, and you can easily upgrade the front and rear to look like the 98-01 version. If you like the Integra, that would probably give you the most tuning options...
