ok im back into hondas after going to the dark side of racing with domestics haha well im back and this time i wanna do things right and keep them haha i had 3 other hondas a 91 crx si with a turbo ls 5 speed setup and a 94 ls integra and a 95 eg8 civic d15 non vtec :p it was awesome most reliable cars ive owned well now im about to get another integra but i wanna talk motor and trans setups and get some opinions the car will multi function with auto x maybe some 1/4 mile and alot of daily driving i want something with a reliable setup and here are a few of my ideas i have all motor b20b with a b16a head and basic bolt ons and suspension with a gsr lsd trans or maybe a b18b with a b16a head but with a better valvetrain since i wont have to buy a short block and if so ls vtec vs b20 vtec or last but not least a little more expensive and time consuming a turbo ls vtec but with a stock b16a head and arp rod bolts and head studs with a block guard? either way thinking about gsr lsd trans and what else would a need and how much whp can make safely with boost and how much max hp can get out of the all motor setups but still street easy i dont want nothing thats gonna cam crazy and have to be reved all the time to keep from dying haha

JRSC setup on a bone stock GSR. Done. I say this because you probably aren't good enough at autox to put the power of a turbo LS-VTEC to actual use. You want to track the car, so the JRSC will give you a little extra pep at the track. It is by far the most reliable way to go other than all motor with simple bolt ons which probably won't be very satisfying at the track (especially in an Integra.)

Don't open it up, you'll ruin the reliability.

Beat me to it lol... Exactly that JRSC, miner Fuel system work, Neptune or Crome Tuned and a GSR Trans...Then focus more of your money in Adjustable Suspension and Tires.
.... Please for the luv of god nvr say Block Gaurd again....

Yes a JRSC setup seems ideal for what you are describing, it will be quick and reliable if done right. you can easily acheive low 13s in a DC teg, and the power delivery is smoother for autoX and daily driving.

For future reference, please use punctuation so its easier to read your posts.
