I have a Honda Accord 2001, but its ABS light has been on for a while. I tried disconnecting the battery, however, it still won't go out. The brakes work fine, just want the light to go out. The dealer wants $250 just to diagnose it, I found the Honda HDS, do I need to purchase it??? Any suggestions?

probably an issue with one of your brake sensors... maybe a shop could tell you which one?
I'm wondering if Autozone or other national parts house has anything that will test the system? They do ECU codes for free so they can sell you the parts to fix issues.
Or is it OEM Proprietary Honda?
