Its a 1990 si hatch with a sohc zc motor, the guy he wants my dodge stealth which has a rebuilt motor (i $4000) with 65,000 miles, borla exaust, headers and oz racing rims. The si has about 100,xxx on the motor and tranny, its an ugly orange (i id paint white) and lowered on black steelies. Is that really a even trade?

So could u tell me what might be an even trade? Cause i really want a honda, but i know alot about dsm tho, but the fuel at $4 its killing me.(i work part time and am a full time student)

If fuel is your main concern, probably a clean Honda CRX DX/HF or 92-95 Civic CX/VX/DX hatchback and maybe a little extra(the price of those cars have jumped quite a bit; but of course stock, unmodded cars are usually worth more to most people).

I can't really judge the Civic Si he's selling/trading due to no pictures or more details, but typically those only go for about $1500(FYI, the SOHC ZC is basically the same as the original Si engine that was in there). Your car is worth around $3000-$4000 depending on condition.

Yeah i decided not to get it. Im getting a 95 civic eg hatch, with 51,xxx orginal miles. Black, this kid bought it from a family friend when he got it he lowered it,(i like and inch or two off the ground) the only issue i noticed was it has a motor tick (i im thinking lifters) but im having a mechanic look at it. Better car for my car?

For 51k original miles? Oh yes. Though, have the VIN ran to make sure it's indeed 51k miles(Some states have the mileage at the time registered on the title).

The tick is probably the rockers needing adjustment(not a big issue at all).
