RRoD in tha House!!!!

That is all

Buy slim? Or resolder graphics chip BGA to motherboard. :D

Buying a new one is not an option, I haven't had this one in the oven yet, BUT I was already thinking about taking it apart to fix the HDMI input, it is loose, so I can kill two birds with one oven.

Speaking of Xbox, I haven't turned it on for weeks until last night... then I hit level 41 on Gears of War 3. It's been too long since I've played that game.

i've been having remarkable luck with my 4gb xbox, although i believe they are not prone to RRoD issues

My Slim 250gb is running strong... gave my old one to a buddy because his crapped out on him

Aren't you guys too old to be playing video games still?

You need some sort of hobby when the old lady stops putting out... give it time.
We'll be playing COD together in no time.

 listen to that guy he gets a girlfriend and all of a sudden he's in his 30s again.

well the big ones have heat and solder flow issues. the boards warp and the solder joints become brittle and break.

I've never been much of a gamer after my 007 college years. i played too much then. Even when i was single through most of my 20s i never played much vid games. i still only own gran turosmo 4 for ps2 as my only game and system, and i don't think i played that more than once since i moved into the house in 2007. :shrug2: i dunno. seems like there's always something else better to do.

This. This will be the third one I cooked in my oven. I just disassemble them down to the mobo then throw them in the oven on 400 for about 8-10 minutes, has worked on three 360's and a PS3. Got to be careful though, one time I did brown some of the connectors leaving it in too long.
