I like it too! It's just scary as hell when it backfires out the intake though- I've seen that happen when a similar engine was gasoline fueled. HUGE flame.
That's a super-sized breather / catch can. HUGE. All the hoses are coming off the block, valve cover, everywhere on the engine where pressure could build up.

I think 3rd gear took it up to around 110mph, and it was a 5 speed transmission. The speed target for the 2.0L class was near 200mph.

according to this calculator, the JDM ITR S80 transmission will get you to 110 in 3rd gear (on 205/50/15s) if you can rev out to 11,200
from the RPM he is spinning at and speed he is looking to go, it actually sounds like it's probably geared pretty similarly... so if this all goes as planned, not only is he going to go really damn fast, he is going to get there pretty damn quickly

Yup. He knows what he's doing- he did build the "fastest sports car" 288GTO that ran 275mph out at Bonneville last year.
