help!! car will not go into 4th gear also shifting hard

So I Just Recently Got A 92 Si Hatch With A B16a Swap The Car Was Going Into 4Th Gear The First Couple Days I Owned It Then It Randomly Stopped Going Into 4Th. When I Try To PUt It In 4Th It Doesn't Grind Or Go In It Acts Like TheRe Is No 4Th Gear. Ive Tried To Force It Into Gear And It Will Not Go. The Car Has A Big Clutch And Short Throw Shifter. I Don't Know Much About B Series And Want To Get An Idea What Could Be Wrong With The Car. Also When I Shift The Car At Higher Rpm It Slams Really Hard. I Think It Could Be Worn Out Mounts But Im Not Positive. Anouther Thing I Noticed Is The Car Only Has A Rear Motor Mount, The Top Motor Mount OnThe Timing Belt Side And The Top Mount On The Transmission. Should The CarhHave The Two Other Lower Motor Mounts Like My D Series Had Or Just Those Three Mounts. Any Help With These Issues Would Be Great.
 
Ok Do YoU Know The Best Place To Get Those Mounts. Also What Cars In A junk Yard Can I Take Them Off Of. Also Any Ideas On The Shifting issue
 
Will it go into 4th when the car is not running?

Must Be Difficult To Type Like This All The Time.
 
its because he has all caps on.

as far as the shifting issue.. could be an input bearing
 
It was going into 4th gear when the car was running and when the car was not running the first two days i owned it then it just quit going in all together. I know now that the car is missing the lower motor mounts on both sides and i think the bushings for the shifter are getting a little worn.
 
I don't know why my Phone was typing all crazy.yesterday i installed google crome on my phone and I'm using that now and my phone is typing fine lol.
 
Also could the 4th gear issue have something to do with my shifter port linkage because it won't even let t try to put it in 4th it doesn't grind our seem like the linkage will let me pull it back enough to get it to go into gear

Are you talking about all the gears, if so did the bitch pin fall out of the shift linkage ....
If not and its only fourth then I would possibly lean towards 4 gear being blown had my fifth gear blow on mine and when i would try to put it in nothing would happen and it wouldnt stay in gear plus reverse blew with the fifth
 
the car goes into every gear fine other then 4th gear.and it acts like three linkage won't pull back far enough to be able to go into 4th gear.
 
Before you dive too deep, inspect the entire linkage. Could be a rogue exhaust hanger, or the linkage could be binding or even bent out of shape. Get in there and check it all out. Have someone shift the car through the gears while you watch the linkage do its thing. Watch for any clearance issues or binding.
