I have a 90 HF rex. I have a D15 motor and I want to do a motor swap to a B16 with an Obd0 (The SiR model).I plan on getting the motor and tranny. I just wanted to know what are all the things I will or may need to do this swap. Such as motor mounts, harness, etc...If possible...a complete parts list would be most helpul.I am pretty new to this and any information is great.Thanks...

you can use your stock harness, they are both obd0 mpfi harnesses, you need mounts and axles, run wires for vtec, and switch ecu's and your good too go, a very simple swap

you will also need to swap out the HF knuckles/hubs for ones from the 88-91 CRX DX/Si or 88-91 Civic DX/Si/LX/EX in order to run the larger Integra type axles

you are correct , that fun fact slipped my mind, Ive never owned a dx/hf soo some things slip my mind

Thanks for the reply...is there any hoses that I will need to change as well...such as radiator hose. Or shift linkages...or should the d15 work with the b16....?

your going too need too modify your d-series linkage, feel free too use the search tool on the forum, theres loads of information on diy stuff, and no im pretty positive your existing hoses will work, wiring will be simple as well since your staying in the same obd generation, I honestly prefer obd0 myself not only because its super basic, but its stupid easy too check codes as well, love too see some pics posted up and a build thread start from this

I'll do my best to post pics. It might be awhile though. Im just gathering info at the moment so I could start getting the parts together.

side note as well, if I was going too motorswap a ef, id wire tuck it at the same time lol you can full tuck a ef harness without modifying/extending anything lol dead serious
