thread title explains enough, what did you drive in highschool, I will kick it off, the first car I really built , 90 crx si, I know its not quite in style by todays standards , but in 07-08 shit was tyte dood, b18a1 crx

That being said, my grandpa sold my mom his 91 Geo Metro hatchback and she gave it to me to learn how to drive a 5 speed, then just gave it to me to drive. Two years later I wrecked it.

I saw a rat rod Ford Ranchero yesterday with an Angry Orchard tap as a shifter. Always liked that look.

I used to drive my mom's 2002 Neon RT back when I was in HS... it was a quick car but I'm guessing the original manual trans took a dump, cuz it had an automatic transmission. My sister got drunk and wrecked it. lol

And it was supposed to become my car before my senior year.

I was pretty pissed off!

1978 Buick Century 2 door slant back. 305v8 2bbl. the first day it recieved a pioneer cd player, kenwood 6x9's, mtx 12" and a jensen 300w amp. a month later it got a mini disco ball that I found at the lake hung from the rear view mirror and some u/v and red 12" neon tubes under the seats and dash.

Loved that car until one day coming home from work the M/C went out on me... scared the crap out of me when I couldn't stop the 2 ton beast.

Ended up selling it after I fixed it and bought my first honda (85 prelude) that saw me through tech school.

Sophomore year: 83 Chevy Citation
Grey, 4 door, anemic 2.5L 4-banger with a 3 speed automatic.

Junior/senior year: 84 Chevy Celebrity Wagon
Mine was white, MUCH better shape, and had a fat rumbling Dynomax exhaust hooked up to the torquey 2.8L V6. It was more than enough grunt in a 3100lb car for a high-schooler. I hid all my speakers and subs in the floorboards too.

after I totaled the crx , I bought a 91 eddie bauer bronco, great truck, miss this thing, put 2 transmissions in it and said fuck it and sold it for 2k with no trans

then I bought a 89 f150 for 800 as a shell, work truck package , bought my uncles 88 302 roller spare motor for his mustang, dropped in it, ran it on the f150 electronics and intake, not even gonna lie it was a fun truck too drive

sold the truck for 2000, bought my next crx shell, b16 swapped it and built it from the ground up, obd0 b16a, traction bars, eibach coilovers, corbeau seats, short throw shifter, lots of misc shit, super fun car for a 17yr old

and thats the end of highschool lol
