I already have a complete GSR brake conversion on my coupe, but it's a complete GSR conversion on my coupe with 220,000 miles, so it's not performing like it did in '95. I need a brake upgrade because cheap ass shit tits remanufactured calipers are like $200 each so that's like a $1000 brake job by the time I do nice pads and rotors after. I also auto-x and had my brakes smoking pretty badly last event.

I already have a newer GSR 1" master cylinder and a 4040 proportionig valve from a DA Integra.

I read for the JDM 5 lug you must use 36mm axles so that may be a bitch to source when one goes out on me. The link I posted supplies the axles. And I assume they will work with my GSR mid shaft, correct me if I'm wrong.

Also when I need pads, rotors, calipers, ect. do they share the same parts as USDM ITRs?

I spent a bit of time trying to look this up over my phone but I'd like to pick your brains as well :)

Until I did my researchin' I wanted the 4x114.3 conversion but I suppose they have the same brakes as a GSR but accord wheels :<

Oh yeah and I know all about the LCA deal lol

its damn near impossible to find good lightweight 15" wheels for the ITR pattern and offset :(
you are pretty much going to have to move up to 16" if you want a good set of lightweight wheels
or find an old set that someone is selling for way too much money and pray that you never fuck one up and need a replacement

personally, i would just buy a big brake kit that bolts up to the existing hub, benefits of a much better braking system without the hassles of wheels and axles. also, if you are autox'ing, you should look into installing vents to direct air to the brakes.

Fastbrakes I think they're called? And yes I had a guy mention that to me, I would like to buy front brake ducts that funnel air through the fake eg vents

i had 32mm ITR 5 lug spindle swap not too long ago.. sold it locally tho

+1 to the fastbrakes route.
doing a full itr swap when you already have upgraded most everything and have good wheels is kinda dumb IMO with budget in mind.

Wilwood 1990-2001 Integra 12.2" 4 piston economy big brake kit
maybe?
No budget in mind anymore, I have good money coming in now. And yes, I have a set fat fives, Drag DR16s with slicks for the track and Kosei K1s for daily
google naca duct for venting

Thanks I couldn't find then on eBay

I am now thinking of a fastbrakes kit with extended studs, new wheel bearings, steel braided lines, good pads and rotors

Which size rotor do you think I can fit user my selection of wheels?

B16 knows his brakes also. I run the stock calipers on my car with Brembo blanks and Hawk pads and never had any smoking or over heating issues :dunno:

So would anyone know where I would get these brake ducts just made out of plastic, not carbon fibre, and for less than $150 each?

Looks like Naca ducts arent around anymore.. they had a large assortment of sizes
