Since some of you have been watching my numbers on Facebook... thought I'd throw this out there:

hcg_phase_1_2.jpg

Oops, uploaded the file but didn't update. So the official "last day" of the hCG shots was 6/11 (171.2), but I weigh in the morning and inject at night, so I counted 6/12 a little as well (170.6) and am using 171 as my baseline for the stabilization period. This is when you're supposed to up your calorie count to whatever you want, but keep sugar and starch completely out. You're supposed to be able to maintain within +/- 2 pounds of your finish weight for 3 weeks, and after that's over you're supposed to have reset glandular/brain/whatever function to enable your body to stay at your new "set point" for your natural weight- or the weight that your body just wants to stay in. So this graph shows the stabilization period (phase 3):

Pretty stable right around the 171 range. The days of 6/15-6/17 are possible outliers because I was out of town and didn't bring my own scale with me. Scales vary.

Dude. Wow that's a lot man. 15lbs in 20 days? Hope its mostly water and crap. That's a ton of weight in a short period of time. Keep up the good work.

Make sure you're eating tons of veggies and crap to support your system. Rapid weight loss is pretty tough on your organs.

How tall are you? Wondering why you would want to weigh 165lbs? I'm 5'11 208 but i wouldn't want to weigh under 185lbs

Good job though thats some pretty massive numbers.

With water weight, that's good, without water weight, your taking off too much too fast.

Either way congrats. Keep it up, monthly progress is one thing, lets see your yearly progress!

I was 165 in 6th grade

I was real fat growing up then lost a bunch of weight in high school. I was 145-150 up until I was about 19, and actually pretty ripped. Then I started drinking......

I went from 200 to 165... but it took nearly two years. Your progress is amazing, but it seems scary fast.

Uh, what? I'm 5'11" also, and I weigh 165 lbs. That's like normal BMI. And yes, I realize that BMI doesn't always apply, but I don't think you're a body builder, are you?

That's great progress. I'm hoping to post similar numbers in about a month. My last day of work is Thursday and I plan to take some time to better myself. I plan to lose in the ballpark of 40-50lbs.

But good luck and keep up the progress!

I'm floating around 200 lbs right now, I should be around 190 to maintain 15% body fat, but meh.

Now that it's warmer, and my back is about 100% after the car accident, I'm probably going to start cutting down a lot too.

A bodybuilder...no im not a body builder... but i lift weights 2-4 times a week. I'm benching 265lbs 4-5 sets with reps of 10.

i would look sickly at 165lbs

and I have been in fantastic shape before and never was near 165...always in 180's

I am about 20-25 lbs overweight at the present time. with my body type i would never want to be 165lbs

I'm with you. I'm 5'11" and at 190lb I have a 6 pack. Last time I was in the 160s was my senior year of hs. 2 inches shorter and sucked out to 5% body fat for wrestling.

not to be homoish but this is me right at this very moment....i can't imagine dropping 43LBS...like i said im ok with 20-25 tops but 43lbs no way in hell..

thast why i wanted to get an idea of his height and build...cause i know 160ish lbs guys who are ripped out of their skull but they are skinny fucks i can toss then accorss the room with ease

I dont know, everyone has different body types. Not ripping on you corvette, but i bet you could lose more than 20lbs to get lean.

This is what i look like at 6'1" and 165lbs, not exactly sickly looking. I do have a thin build though, and if I ever was able to get to 180lbs lean muscle i would look very jacked, im sure.

PS I have been lifting for a while now, and currently im sitting at about 169, very lean, and my bench max is 220.. best shape ive been in since i was 18.
