A friend had a 25 minute commute home last 15 hours. She's from New Jersey. How she didn't lose her shit is beyond me.

There is ice on the roads which is making people slide around. There was a 17 car wreck on I-10 last night. It come's down to people not being careful and driving like idiots. Aside from the fact that Florida in no way is prepared to de-ice roads, salt them or anything like that.

The pictures are rather large, so if there's a delay, it's your internet connection downloading the couple MB files before they render.

people need to stop taking web pics in 3243243x32433243 resolution. lol

Surprisingly, when there isn't eight inches of snow on the ground and only one half inch, Honda's traction control does quite well. I was surprised.

When I was in Virginia it was way worse than this and we still went to work. No complaining though. I like paid days off. Sorry about the huge pictures, they were uploaded from my phone.

...must have been snow, and not melted and refrozen (we call that an ice sheet). When it snows in texas you can literally put ice skates on and skate on the street....dunno how you do 85 on that.

Meanwhile in my driveway today... Hard to tell, but it's two feet high on either side. Except that giant pile at the end by the street, which is about 4 feet. I have to zigzag to get out.
