What do you think? think these lady's have a real story here? seems a bit 15 years too late to allege from these ladies imo. why wait for so long? and then once one does, 10 more come out and ME TO!

Alot of women hide, and it only takes one case to set precedence. I don't doubt that something happened, guilty.

But if he is found guilty, you know damn well they are going to focus on his legacy more than the women he fucked up. You know, because of the awesome media that we have here in America.

the claims are all mostly irrelevant at this point from a criminal stand point because the statute of limitations expired
this is going to destroy his legacy and reputation without ever getting a shot at a fair trial
trial by media.
media is doing a great job though as i also think he is guilty.

several of them did say something back then and settled out of court is what I heard on the radio the other day. I think there are a few that are maybe jumping on the bandwagon for attention but all of there stories are to similar for them to all be full of shit.

On a side note though some of them are saying that he just blatantly handed them pills and said here take these and they did and then they got "raped". Who the fuck does that?

Statistically victims always wait to come forward. I'm not surprised they waited.

However... innocent until proven guilty. We are in America still, right?

Nowadays its Guilty until proven innocent. The media will twist stories and make it this way.

As mentioned, this is not the first. It made it to a Time magazine article a decade ago.

Some of this stuff was uncovered when Darren Sharpe got busted this past year for doing the same sort of thing to 30+ women. Using sleep aids or roofies to drug women.

Oh and it happens at the Air Force Academy fairly regularly too..

Joe Rogan's current act has a great bit about this. Basically he says if a woman gets drunk and drives through a playground, shes held 100% accountable, but if she gets raped, she is relieved of all responsibility. Quite the double standard.

That being said, any dude taking advantage should take a boot to the back of the skull. But that doesnt change the fact that the girl put herself in that position. I got blackout, pass out drunk plenty of times in college. My actions and whatever happen to me was my fault. But I also had great friends that would drag me home if necessary.

I don't want to come of as "pro-rape" or "she had it coming". Far from it. But I am pro- taking responsibility for your actions.

I don't know if you can say she needs to responsibility for her rape because some dude put sleeping pills in her booze. Kinda fucked up.

Along similar lines, things you never do that you should have learned in the summer between high school and college, especially if you are a female...

never
- put your drink down/take your eyes off it
- take open drinks from anyone but a bar tender (and even the bar tender might be in on it)
- randomly take pills of unknown origin

I didn't say that. I said drunk. Being drugged is completely different. But being proactive about that possibility means having someone, or multiple people, looking out for your well being.

When I was in college, I was drugged. I dont believe I was the intended target, but who knows. I went from totally sober to stumbling, tunnel vision, scared for my life for 10 minutes, to out cold. 2 friends literally carried 200lbs of dead weight home and I was hung over for like 3 days. I still have no idea exactly what happened, but I surrounded myself with people who cared about me.

Maybe instead of teaching this, people teach boys to not be fucking pricks to women to get laid?

i thnk all of these things need to be taught hand in hand but if I have a daughter Im going to air on the side of theres always going to be fucked up people out there that want to cause harm and teach her to hopefully make good decisions, but in the end its up to each person to decide what kind of person they are going to be men and women alike
