Almost completely stealth with the rear bumper cover installed. Just waiting on the QA-1's and the shock mounts to arrive and I am in the wind to the body shop.

Not sure if this has anything to do with this thread per se', but the idea i have tossed around is a C6 vette rear driveline, subframe, suspension, etc... Mated to a j series out front, (obviously the trans and rear end would have to be re geared to suit the j series power band better)... I wonder how that setup and weight distribution would work out...
IDK. Its worth some investigation I bet. Sounds interesting enough that it could be worth some good old fashion fun on the street
 
If you're going to go through with all this work and effort, why a c4 v8 that is dogpile slow?
I would never use a V8 in a Honda chassis. Too much weight. I use th eCR-V Transmission to transfer power to the rear wheels. I only utilized the Corvette C4 Diff and IRS to complete the build process ofr the car with Custom Ring and Pinion.
I have to make kits of it because I am on the Hook for 48K for the design on my business overhead
 
Sorry for the long wait fellas. Lots to do here . Got some updates. Got a new subframe almost completed, Rear diff is mocked up, Roll cage is installed. Decided to go with a Hydraulic E brake assy, Tilton 600 Series Floor pedals with twin 7/8" Master Cylinders and Clutch Master Cylinder, Skunk 2 Pro Series Coil overs to integrate this kit to existing Honda Suspensions, Custom Top Hats, and a Custom Fuel Cell and hydraulic hose fittings . This is the progress I have made. Car will be back fro fabrication is 3 weeks complete and ready for the motor to be reinstalled with the Blower.

welding in a cross bar from one side to the other then sheet metaling the entire back half of the car. We will install the corvette rear swap bar and coil overs this weekend.

Alright Guys. Waiting on the QA1 Proma Coil overs to come in from Summit Racing. However Randy Payne and his crew were able to get the Hydraulic E-brake installed, the remaining Mini-Tub Completed complete with Fuel Access Door and the factory fuel access door will be shaved, Tilton 600 series brake pedals Mocked up for final installation and the car prepped for brake system pluming. S&W Door bar swingout kit will be in tomorrow and the QA1 Coilovers so the rear Cantilever system will be installed this weekend for the 4wd Honda/ Acura Kit. Stay Tuned. More pics to come.

Its a collaboration between Automotive Koncepts and Design's and Randy Payne Racecars to create the first Full time 4wd Honda and Acura Drive train swap kit with realistic streetability and affordability. We are designing subframe systems with QA1 Coilovers and a mix of corvette C4 and C6 components to customize the kit to me however we are designing it to also work for stock Honda and Acura brake systems to integrate the Corvette IRS.

So today I got a chance to go up to the shop and get some recommendations from Randy for suspension allocation and we decided the cantilever design would be cool but for this build not efficient. Decided to mount our shocks and springs in a more traditional method that will give a more direct approach to dampning and height control without worrying about giving the suspension the mechanical advantage or the shock the mechanical advantage. So with the factory corvette sway bar now firmly mounted and the suspension nearing the final stages of assembly we need to get our race motor out of the garage and into the fan shop for installation. Also will be installing the drive shaft and axles this week. Time for a harness install. Anyone got a milspec harness laying around?
