i posted that before i read the article. sounds like it's legit. the guy does the runs all the time. I can't wait to see the car.

The one thing i dont' understand though is the pit stops. why not just have mobile fueling like they did on the need for speed movie?

they can do it in the air at much faster speeds though.
 
Transferring fuel at 100+ mph is not easy... and i'm sure cops would have a field day with this if something went wrong

They talked a lot about the GTR in the article. I think they'll re-break that record with the GTR.
 
oh it was all an elaborate lesson in how traditional media sucks. Says the website that published an April fools joke on March 31st. Would have been cool to see a car built up like that though.
