If you're going to shops all the time and you want a low cost car that people will respect, find an old Chevelle or something and paint it matte black. An old V8 that looks like it is taken care of will get a few head nods. When I was a stock broker, I finally broke down and bought a BMW. But that's a different crowd. Whatever you do, just keep it clean. Not everybody can afford a nice car, but it doesn't cost anything to keep it free of garbage and clutter.

Dilbert.....I keep waiting for you to finish a project. You continue to be very flighty with your focus and wishes. Reminds me of my dad's good friend (who recently passed away). He would have 3-8 bitchin' cars (55 Bel Air, 33 Chevy Coupe, 41 Willys Coupe, etc.) all 60% done (all major fab work for street rods done) and he'd never finish them. You got too many irons in the fire.
