cheapest tablet that will task an sd card

What is the cheapest tablet, or device that will take an sd card? I want to be able to check what's on my game cameras before I get home abs don't want to pack my laptop with me. Any ideas?

would you be against just getting an adapter for your phone to be able to read them from that? (small screen and whatnot)
