Good god, it's a blood bath. When it opened this morning down 1,000, it was a 2,000 point drop in 3 days.

My trading account has gotten CRUSHED in the last 3 weeks. I'm not an active trader anymore, mostly buy and hold. But this is just bad.

highly doubtful. it's unbelievable how bubbles occur. the only thing it can be accredited to is greed. riding waves of momentum until it pops. obviously china won't grow for 1,000 more years, we should probably scale back a little.

I literally just bought about $10k in stocks on thursday. *rolls eyes* I just wanted to open the position, who know the market would shit?

It'll rebound during the week a bit. Or I hope. My company stock has taken a pounding.

I made an awful assumption that we'd see a market retraction due to China this year and until this week had been proven wrong.

Had some Russian friends that predicted this a few weeks ago and that it would continue to get worse. They think this one is going to be worse than 2008.
