Mini me help

I have a 95 del sol with a D16Z6 in it that's blown up ... I know someone with a mini me engine I'm wanting to buy and put in ... Are the mini me engines any good ??

way too many variables
it can be a great little engine that is comparable to a factory SOHC engine or it could be a POS

Bottom end is shot pretty much ... Replaces rod and main bearings but it's still knocking hard in the bottom end

The guy is selling it mated to a 5 speed trans for $350 ... It runs good with no leaks ... Someone put it in an integra body and he took it out for a B engine to go in

for $350 might as well go for it
even as a stop gap, it will give you a running engine while you save for another swap without dumping a bunch of cash

Yeah I think that's what I'm going to do ... I also have an eclipse that I'm fixing up so I need one to drive lol
