Soo traded the integra for my winter beater while I car shop for a new ride , 97 GMC Sierra 350 vortec auto, semi clean

I think if they get 1/4" of snow the state becomes pure chaos. I remember seeing footage of I think an inch on the ground with people abandoning cars, multiple accidents, etc.

2wd with some weight over the axle and good tires isn't that bad in the snow.

Decent truck and I believe the 97-98s got a more powerful 350 in them than previous years.
 
And yes 1in of snow and people are whiping out milk and bread and leaving their car on the side of the road

And yes 97 is the first year of the more powerful vortec engine and also the first of the new interior they used till like 04 lol
 
i did a winter on base at gordon. it was a shitshow with less than 6 inches of show.

oh, and the days of fuckin shoveling. we shoeveled everything. stairways, walkways, roads. imagine hundreds of privates and specialists "plowing" the roads makeshift "2x4' shovels. picture roof rakes....
 
Looks good! It's crazy for me to see one of those that hasn't been totally rotted out. Eventually I'm going to drove down south to get a beater truck.
 
Lolol my friends from all over up north all say its the first they have seen in years that isnt rotted out, when i say this thing has 0 rust im serious, could prob fetch a pretty penny up north
