131k on the clock. 4x4 works, Corporate 9.25 in the rear, dana 44-8 in the front. 318ci v8 in it, with all of the emissions stuff, and no engine codes.

It needs:
Transmission bands adjusted
Transmission fluids replaced
Transmission filter replaced
Rear Brakes
New windshield
Alternator fixed
Rear roll bar removed
New tires (probably going to throw used tires on it)

Someone local on FB has a parts truck. I'm going to try to pick up the windshield and driver side mirror tonight.

Leave the rollbar. It's ugly, but it's fitting. And that's not a cut on the truck. It just looks right.

TBH, I'm not sure I could lift the roll bar myself, lol. It's just a shame it sacrifices so much bed space.

Flushed the cooling system tonight.

This truck is going to need quite a bit of work. It's nowhere near as mechanically sound as the RamCharger is.

I'm conflicted: If I put a lift on it, it won't fit in the garage. My wife only tolerates it because she doesn't have to look at it outside the garage.

I feel like it needs a 4" lift with some 35" tires. The 31" tires don't cut it.

Yeah it does take up some space. So, with all that said, yes! Trim the fenders and throw 35s on there. But why stop there? Throw some flares at it. Wedge cut and narrow the bed. Go with fabricated bumpers and skid plates. The roll bar already screams trophy truck. Don't stifle them.

35" tires it is. What's kinda silly is that those tires will easily cost more than I paid for the truck.

It already has the stock dodge skid plates. I've got some 1/4" sheet that I feel like needs to go on it to protect the transmission and transfer case. The RC came with those bits stock, but Waylon doesn't have any of those. I just have to get a torch so I can bend it rather than cutting and tig welding.

Just make your garage door taller.

Can't do that, I've already considered that a couple times. I can get another inch of clearance by going from a standard garage door to a roll-up, but I don't think the roll-up doors look as nice outside. A roll up would mean I could put a hydraulic lift inside, but the lift would only give me about 3ft of lifting because of the loft upstairs.

None of the ground on the property is level. I'm not going to build a barn. I may, however, re-investigate roll-up doors that don't look like shit. That'll give me another 1.5" of clearance.
