are you going to be selling that harness as part of a kit?
Sorry for the late reply. Yes we will. The kit right now is being designed to run with a intake manifold mounted design or a drag front mounted design.

The biggest issue with this build is that I should have redesigned my subframe to make it tubular and bolt in for those of you who are looking to attempt this behemoth of a build. Truthfully it can be done in a weekend with proper motivation and a small amount of skill. A couple years back a company called Tampa Racing did a built forum on their website and designed a tubular lower subframe replacement for their own awd system. Their kit used the CR-V or Wagovan rear differential and custom CR-V drive shafts to implement AWD. Their system was limited to 500 whp due to the inability of the CR-V diff to hold power and the rarity of the Wagovan RT4wd differential with limited performance and replacement parts. SO I after watching some of the build threads and corresponding with a good buddy Robert Burroughs from San Diego we came up with this design template to create a tubular design of our own. We are still working on it but this is the basis of our later developments. This car uses a Corvette DANA 36 IRS with adjustable Camber, Caster and Trailing arms however it wasn't required to make it fit. Strangely enough this Dana 36 Differential can be found on nearly all of the automatic Corvettes with the Chevy 5.7L TPI from 1984 to 1996 and are overly available in the junkyards everywhere because most chevy guys ditch them in lieu of the DANA 44 or DANA 60's which are definitely more reliable for big tq numbers and are significantly heavier. This Dana 36 features a Modular design and uses a 7.75" ring gear issn several ratios. The one in question we will be using is the 2.59 Automatic vette rear. Now my pics don't represent the current configuration of the bottom of the car because originally I put the damn thing on right side up where I needed to put it on upside down to get the correct axle rotation but this is the general idea and this is how you can get a 4wd Conversion from your DC2/4, EG/EJ/EK Chassis Civic and Integra's. We will be releasing a finalize product within the next couple months and attending some road shows and race events to show the functionality of our products but ultimately this is the strongest 4wd Setup you can build for your whip. The differential itself can support 450lb ft of tq factory before the vette kids started complaining of breaking them so this means that @ 50/50 split it will see almost a 1300hp Honda motor before you would be int he ballpark of exceeding the factory tq limitations of the differential. The transmission itself is strong. The B20B and Z AWD transmissions are predominantly F series in internal components however LSD's and Carbon Synchros can be added to it with little modification. Mater of Fact MFactory sells a full rebuild kit for the CR-V Manual transmission for around 400 USD with Carbon Synchros, bearings, Shims etcs. I had a drive shaft made for my car and costed me a pretty penny but we have successfully created a design that can support the full range of power and will be road approved by most and for axles on the Modular Vette rear we are using Denny's Shafts 3.5" drivers side and 3.25" passengers side.

I already have the rear diff and suspension with the Dana 36 casing complete with 2.59 gears and some other parts from the other car that was destroyed by poor fabrication techniques. I am going to use the C6 braking system which is 13" front rotor's with 6 piston calipers and 11" rear rotors with 4 piston calipers. I have done research through the forum and mostly from Rallysol's original post confirming the Crv transfer case ratio as 2.5421. I am planning to use this rear with the crv trans and transfer case without a viscous coupler. Any thoughts?
Use the Honda hrv or the Honda CR-V that's what we use in Ireland to do them or can buy the eg saloon that's 1.6 dohc non vtec that 4wd
 
The Dana 36 is stronger than the CR-V differential and offers serious aftermarket support. I dont believe we have an HRV here int he US but we have the Honda Element which is another suitable substitute for what we are doing. I have also with the help of my close friend Matt Baumann created a bolt in subframe sysatem. We are still working ont he cad design for it but this will be a kit we want to offer to the public for an awd conversion. This should be finished sometime this week or weekend with the tubular trailing arms. Our aim is to be able to retain the use of the factory LCA's, and rear shock and coil design. Should be able to shave some weight off of the trailing arms using a tubular design, and strengthen the subframe while adding a mounting system for the Dana 36 IRS.

Most definetly will be selling this harness with every supercharger kit. This is a must to be able to install this system as it will give the users flexability to use whatever sensor types your engine management can read. We will be making another harness with an interface to a custom Speeduino engine management system aswell.

This is quite amazing. Props on thinking outside of the box to come up with a truly stout setup for awd conversions. I'll be anxiously awaiting further updates!
Some additional updates for the chassis harness. We are using an Arduino Ethermega from a company called Freetronics to act as an (ADC) analog to digital converter. It will allow us to do more with the factory dash buttons, switches, knobs and column mounted electronics. This ADC allows us to control switched logic for the ingnition, interior and exterior lighting, etcs and can be voice controlled via the onboard Windows 10 PC. This tied in with the active aero and active suspension system will allow the car to have unparellel control and adjustability over the competition in 4wd trim while having the ability to diagnose electrical faults on not only the engine but the chassis as a hive minded electrical diagnostic system. Thanks to the help of a great friend over at Eagle Precision INC in Odenton Maryland I will be able to provide everyone with Billet CR-V Transfer cases where soon. Thinking about changing the Transfer Case ratio to meet exactly to the Vette Rear ratio instead of alternating tire size or creating a new ring and pinion because it is cheaper and more efficient. This isthe completed harness and the empty Transfer Case sent to the Machinists at Eagle Precision INC.

Well. I wish it was sooner like now but with all of the interest from enthusiasts like you I have had to take my mounts, my transfer case and my blower off to prototype and mass produce the components for other people who want it. We are going to do some interesting stuff to the Transfer case though. Should be a couple of weeks more and I will be able to get my motor back in and install my new Milspec engine harness installed and get these 2200cc injectors installed. The fuel system is nothing to install and the rear differential is now made of Billet Aluminum courtesy of Eagle Precision INC in Odenton Maryland. They are our manufacturer for this venture. We are creating several billet parts to service this as a street worthy and track durable kit for the consumer. We have several other developments that are not shown here in this forum.
 
So here are the first ever production 4wd/AWD Honda and Acura Conversion mounts for 4wd. I have begin manufacturing these here locally in Maryland and will be creating a Billet version of these aswell. They come with several options of motor mount inserts from 65a to 95a and can be made to order for almost any chassis. The K series versions are being worked on as we speak and I will be posting them here asap.

I might create another thread to show the efforts in manufacturing I have made since starting this tread. I will however post pics for the motor mounts I have begun mass producing for the B Series Motor and CRV Transmission for the EG/EH/EJ1/DC2/DC4 and DB8 Chassis. The new Billet and Steel variant motor mounts shown are perfect replacements and an upgrade to the existing systems on the market. My hatch also pictured here uses a 2.1L Stroked Integra LS bottom end with a Race Ported GSR Head. These mounts drop the motor 1 inch and positions the transfer case in perfect position for our custom 1 piece driveshafts. I will be selling these as a kit shortly for the chassis mentioned above.
