high comp. B20b in a 97 lx sedan

Alright so I'm at a stand still right now, I put a high comp. B20b with a b16a2 trans in my 97 lx sedan. Issue I'm having is I don't know what harness to use. Going from auto to manual my harness doesn't have all of the plugs I need and I've been told to use a 96-98 ex manual harness but if that's true what do I extend and what do I do with the useless vtec plug?? Any help would be awesome I need this thing running!!!!!

I'm currently doing the exact same B20b swap into a 97 EX converted from auto to manual. Did you have any luck with the Rywire harness or did you go a different route?
