Well, as some of you may know, I've been in CA for a little over a year. It was initially going to be for a few years, but it has really grown on me. Having lived in NJ and MA, I'm use to high rent and high taxes, and I'm not in LA so the liberals haven't driven me batty yet. But I think I found the reason I may just have to leave.

Got the oil changed on my truck the other day and they try to sell me a new air filter, standard procedure. I do notice the filter could use a change. Rather than just a new drop in, I hop on Amazon and pull up a K&N intake. Go to check out, "This product cannot ship to your state". Are you kidding me? It's a tube with a filter. I had heard stories about this state, but damn.

I haven't switched my truck over to CA yet and the Integra is still in NJ as well. I realize I'm probably past some "acceptable timetable" but I haven't been bothered (knock on wood) so I haven't gotten around to it. Now I'm not sure I even want to. Hmph... There is my vent for the day.

the state of california is known to cause cancer.

you'll find if you don't have a CARB sticker and some paperwork you'll have trouble with stuff. and some folks i know have had trouble even with CARB.

There are literally signs everywhere warning you that something causes cancer.

If I do switch everything over, I might just have to get a pre-75 toy to play with. Honestly, my Integra wouldn't pass if they actually care about what intake I have.
