i would have karate chopped him with my crazy cracker kung foo, y0...

You guys gotta remember that 92b16vx is like 934785934579347 years old, has got shot with a shotgun in the weiner, and then ran the guy down. We've gone through some hairy shiz before in the army, and I don't doubt his ability to lay the smack down if it was warranted.

P.S whatever the outcome of the argument, thats was still funny :p

1 verbal warning? he gave at least 4.
[post=506921]Quoted post[/post]

One time he asked her to get out of the vehicle, twice he said to get off the phone, then he threatened her with non deadly force, this is hte wrong answer, you can not cut it to make it right.

Police-Put out your cigarette and step out of the vehicle for me...putcher phone down.

victim-no, I'm calling somebody

police-I'm gonna tell you one more time, putcher phone down

victim- Mark, the police pulled me over, and he's telling they are going to arrest me. He's arresting me. Stop, don't touch me. The policeman...you gonna shoot me? He's got a gun and he's going to shoot me.

Police- get out of the car now, or I'm going to tase you, get out of the car now, or I'm going to taze you.

victim-you going to taze me?

Police- I'm going to tell you one more time, get out of the car.

Gibberish that I am not got to transcribe, no where in it is there a threat towards the officer in teh least, as a matter of fact, she tells him she is just going up the street.

On a side note, my wife is completely appalled at this, as am I. Especially if this is so called correct procedure.

Totally agree with 92b16vx here, the excessive use of unwarrented force here is disturbing. Granted, the lady seems to be a bit of a snatch, but that doesn't at all warrent what the cops did. Complying with the orders of a police officer just because he is holding a tazer at you is no real reason to do something. I mean what if the police officer points the tazer at any one of you and tells you to lick his balls, would you comply? Might does not make right. Of course in not giving in to the officer's demands requires understanding that it will lead to being tazed, but that still doesn't make the policeman in the right.

Of course its impossible to know, but I have little doubt that if the woman were white and driving a nice car the situation would have been totally different.

:werd:

there was ZERO reason to resist arrest there. bitch shouldn't be on the phone anyway.

i bet shes a rude cunt who talks like that in movie theatres. im glad the hoe got tazzed.

oh, and E needs to tell the story about how he tased HIMSELF in the nuts. :p

lmao

i want to hear the story
[post=506895]Quoted post[/post]

ok here goes....

first off this was a 250,000 volt tazer... none of this cheese dick 50K shit the cop was using

saw one of the little shits that always use to hang around, and decided "hey im gunna hit him with the tazer LMAO"
went to tazer him in the nuts but the damn safety was on
so he got away free
later that day im in the car with one of my friends telling him about how i almost got the kid with the tazer
"yeah man, had the tazer on his nuts like this.... pulled the trigger.... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
the fucking safety wasnt on this time
i dont know how long the tazer was on for, all i know is i took 250,000 volts to the junk
i doubled over in pain
somehow managed to open the door of the car
fell out onto the ground
still curled up in a ball
started puking

ive been kicked in the nuts before and i will say with no hesitation that getting kicked in the nuts feels like getting a BJ compared to a tazer

ive taken several shots from a tazer in the leg, in the side, in the arm, etc... and while it does hurt like hell there definatly is no reason to be fucking crying like your uncle just fucked you in the ass and stole your teddybear for 8 god damn minutes... yeah it hurts and yeah you usually let out a garbled yell when its happening, but after its done the pain isnt too bad, just a really sharp sting, but you are rather disoriented for a few minutes afterwards (kinda confused and cant move to well)

I've been tased before and it really isn't that bad.

That isn't 'proper procedure' in my book. She did nothing to deserve it. Pulling away from an officer is not means for being tazed. Restrained, possibly but it could have been habdled much better.

if you listen to the officer commentary on the site it explains why he used a taser instead of baton/pepperspray/pulling her out of vehicle/etc

OMG! OMG! I CANT STOP LAUGHING!

LOL! LOL! OMG! I CANT STOP! LOL!

**BREATH**

okay... now onto the cop... yes, that was excessive force... was it wrong? Not in my opinion... He warned her multiple times to get out... And how do you know she didn't reach for something? You couldn't see inside the car.

It was funny listening to her grovel in pain...

And yes, i myself have been zapped with a tazer... My room mates sister kept one in her purse, and kept on pulling it out threatening to taze people with it for no reason.. I took it from her, shoved it in my back pocket, and about 45 minutes later, sat down... apparently the safety was off... OUCH... that hurt..

Eric, that was the funniest shit I have read in a long time

That cop should not have reached in the car and tried to subdue her, period. If she was trying to drive off, or brandished a weapon, that would be another story all together, but her attitude is NOT sufficient cause to use force like that. Use of force, especially by cops in a civilian setting should be equal to the threat, her being a bitch is not a threat. Granted, for us a warning shot is two in the chest, so our level of tolarance is higher, since we don't use non lethal force, but in situations like that, and we have been in them doing checkpoints, we just let them vent, say whatever they want, doesn't hurt our feelings, and in the end all is well, they're in the back of the HUMVEE going to detention. And usually they would have AK47's or a pistol, or at the very least a suspisious box or two in the car whatever.

Brian, what I was saying is, he issued one verbal warning before threatening her with a taser. A civiclian shouldn't be threatened with that kind of force unless equally provoked. Imagine if that was your wife/girlfriend/mom/sister, would that be a justifiable tase in your eyes then? Not arguing just discussing :)

Although that lady was a complete fucktard, I don't think her ignoramus-ness would be grounds for a taze, let alone two. She was on the ground after the first taze and when the cop was yelling at her to put her hands behind her back, she was screaming that she couldn't and then he went ahead and hit again. Fuck that cop. I have no respect for police anymore. (Not because of that)

Point of the matter is, he told her if she didn't get out of the car he was going to taze her. She knew she was going to get tazed if she didn't get out of the car.

If the cop had ran up and tazed her randomly, it would have been different.

But he didn't.

I'm not saying the cop was right or wrong. I'm simply stating facts.

1. Cop says he's going to taze you if you don't get out of the car.
2. You don't get out of the car.
3. Cop tazes you.

Where's the surprise here?

And as far as saying it would have been different if it had been a white woman, I completely agree. A white bitch would've gotten the fuck out of the car.

Because being white implicity means that they are complacent?

Uh, its pretty obvious that she got tazed for her not complying with the officer. That is not what is being discussed. Im not going to bother explaining it to you because if you think that this is all centered around whether or not she was tazed for lack of compliance, then you are not bothering to read the posts.

So what's being discussed? Whether the officer was right? Did anyone watch the other videos? She was flying through a neighborhood, 20 over, with no seatbelt and a busted taillight. She was also being a bitch. She got what she deserved, and the officer was in the right. Would you rather have the cop beaten the shit out of her with a baton?

And as far as white chicks vs. black chicks, I don't want to turn this into a racist argument. But put a white chick next to a black chick. Aim a tazer at them and tell each of them you will taze them if they don't get on their knees. White girl will 99.9999% of the time do as you say. The black girl, on the other hand, will try to fight you.

Like I said, not to turn this into a racist argument, but that's the damn truth.

Since when do traffic violations constitue getting tasered? Oh my god, she was speeding, had a broken taillight, and wasn't engaging in personal safety? Well, fuck me running, lets draw and quarter her, fuck a taser.

The point is, she does nothing to deserve a physical attack. She didn't assault the officer, try to escape, or even verbally threaten him. Her "crime" was not measuring up to the officers expectation of speedy compliance to his demands. Just because you don't like her attitude, is not sufficent reason to assault her.

Put it in perspective, if my wife were the one getting pulled over in this instance, and she got taser because she didn't move fast enough for the cop, because maybe english is her second language, that guy would be out of a job. Simply being a cop does NOT give you the right to use force like that because someone isn't moving fast enough for you, or complying to the letter of your demands, and the fact that he tasered her on the ground, after she was already incapacited is even more ridiculous, and exactly stresses my point of completely unnescessary use of force. Grab her arms and put them behind her back, don't fucking taser her again.

i'm not married
i don't have a g/f
my mom doesn't have a cell phone
my sister doesn't have a cell phone either

so, i guess it would never go down like that.... lol

Along the same lines, my mother or girl wouldn't be so rude to a cop for no good reason.
straight up, that woman is trash... i hate people like that. i'd taze her if i had the chance too.
